By applying ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System to our structure and ensuring its continuity, our main duty is to produce and deliver quality products that meet the needs and expectations of our customers in accordance with standard, timely, technical and economic conditions.
It is very important for us to invest in product and process control during the product development and design stages to ensure that our products are of superior quality. In our Quality Control Laboratory, in line with our quality policy, chemical and mechanical tests are carried out completely and accurately in order to ensure full customer satisfaction with our products. Our tests are carried out under wide standard conditions for the solution of chemical and metallurgical problems. We guarantee quality standards in all work processes of the products we produce in line with the demands of our customers.
All raw materials that affect our product quality are analyzed chemically and mechanically at the entry stage, and semi-finished and finished products are analyzed chemically and mechanically at the process and final control stages. Conformity approval is given at the end of the process of evaluating the analysis results in accordance with the relevant product norms and customer requests.
OUR QUALITY CERTIFICATES
We hold the AD2000 Merkblatt-Wo manufacturer approval certificate, issued by TÜV Rheinland, one of Germany’s most prestigious certification bodies, to meet the quality assurance system requirements under Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) for Pressure Equipment, Annex I, Section 4.3, specifically for the production of brass materials used in pressure vessels.

We have ISO 9001:2015 Quality, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental and OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems certificates for all our activities. In addition to complying with the ISO14001 standard certificate, KAPLAN PİRİNÇ produces in accordance with the RoHS Directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive – Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances) and REACH Legislation (European Union legislation on the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemicals), which enables environmentally friendly production.
